Riverina Earthworks delivered the full civil works package for the construction of the AFF cotton bales storage sheds at the Hay Cotton Gin, providing a stable, compliant and construction‑ready platform to support high‑load agricultural operations.

​

This project involved 5,000 m³ of cut‑to‑fill earthworks, establishing final levels and preparing the site for structural foundations. The team completed 2,500 m³ of crushed rock pavement, including placement, trimming and full compaction testing to meet stringent performance requirements. Works also included installation of the stormwater drainage pipeline network, ensuring efficient site drainage and long‑term durability.

The completed works provided a high‑performance foundation for the new cotton bale storage sheds, supporting operational efficiency at the Hay Cotton Gin and ensuring long‑term structural reliability.
